Satisfaction Guarantee

At Varitzaix, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality services and products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a satisfaction guarantee that allows you to request a refund within 3 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, your request must be submitted in writing to our customer support team and include a valid reason for dissatisfaction.

Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 3 business days after approval. Please note that refunds are subject to a processing fee to cover administrative and transaction costs incurred by Varitzaix. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Refunds may take additional time to reflect in your account depending on your financial institution's processing times.

Our satisfaction guarantee applies to eligible purchases of our services and products only. It does not apply to purchases made through third-party vendors or resellers. Varitzaix reserves the right to refuse refunds for purchases that violate our Terms and Conditions or are deemed fraudulent or abusive.

Subscription Cancellations

If you have subscribed to a recurring billing plan for Varitzaix services, you may cancel your subscription at any time by accessing your account settings or contacting our customer support team. Upon cancellation, future billing cycles will be discontinued, and you will not be charged for any additional periods. However, please note that cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for any unused portion of the current billing cycle.

If you wish to request a refund for a recurring billing subscription, you must do so within 3 days of the most recent billing date. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our customer support team and include a valid reason for cancellation and refund. Refunds for subscription cancellations are subject to the same processing fee as outlined in our satisfaction guarantee policy.

Varitzaix reserves the right to modify or update subscription plans, pricing, and features at any time. We will provide notice of any changes to your subscription terms in advance to allow you the opportunity to review and adjust your subscription as needed. Changes to subscription terms will not affect refunds for cancellations made within the eligible refund period.

Product Defects

If you receive a defective or damaged product from Varitzaix, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement depending on the nature of the issue. To request a refund for a defective product, please contact our customer support team within 3 days of receiving the product and provide detailed information about the defect or damage. We may require photographic evidence or return of the product for assessment before processing your refund.

Refunds for defective products will be issued back to the original method of payment within [number] business days after approval. Varitzaix will cover the cost of return shipping for defective or damaged products. If a replacement product is available, we will ship it to you at no additional cost.
